  • White & Gold on a wedding cake looks incredibly chic. The hand-crafted sugar flowers are styled on a background of 24-karat edible gold. The bottom tier of this cake is a traditional fruit cake, and the other two tiers are sponges, each tier is a different flavour. The bright summer sunlight shining through the patio doors gives the cake a dreamy look.

Cake Notes

  • Using 24K edible gold leaf to the top of each tier makes this cake stand, out oozing luxury. Roses in shades of pink and white hydrangea with pink centres work perfectly with the darker foliage. 

    Each layer is a different flavour, the bottom is Lucious Lemon, then White Chocolate & Raspberry, followed by Salted Caramel, the top is a delicious Chocolate Fudge. A mouthwatering selection, giving their guests the very best possible eating experience.

When the stencil was removed the lace pattern remained. The burgundy band around the bottom of the second tier matches the bridesmaids’ dresses perfectly.

The tall cakes are separated with a gold-coloured metal diamond shape made for this cake by Prop Options. The bougainvillea’s delicate colour against the ebony background works well. A true showstopper.
