How long does the class last?
My classes are from 10 am to 4.30 pm (unless otherwise arranged) with a short lunch break. On occasion, if we have not finished, the class may overrun by 30 minutes. It is advisable to bear this in mind if you are travelling on public transport
What flowers will we make?
It will depend on your experience, in a day we should be able to make one large flower, a couple of small and some foliage. You will learn how to make wired and unwired flowers, and how to make a small arrangement. See the portfolio for just some of the beautiful sugar flowers I make.
How much does it cost?
A full day 1:1 class is £180.00.
Where are you based?
The sugar flower class will take place at the studio of The Paradise Cake Company, Ripon North Yorkshire, easily accessible from A1M and public transport. If you wish to stay in Ripon there is a good choice of accommodation. Please note that this is a private address so there is no sign outside.
Bespoke Sugar Flower Class Details
Do I need to bring anything?
I will provide refreshments, snacks and a light lunch. Please inform me by email of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 1 week before the class.
All of the tools and materials needed for the class will be provided for use during the class only and are not available to take home.
After the class, I will email you notes, but do feel free to bring a notebook to make your own.
How do I book?
Get in touch either by emailing me or completing the contact form. We will discuss your previous experience and what you want to learn. If you decide to book, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date and the final balance is due one month before the date. My full terms can be found here.
Once you have reserved your place and made payment, we do not offer a refund if you cannot attend. Deposits are also non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that The Paradise Cake Company has to cancel a class, a full refund will be offered.
The Paradise Cake Company is unable to offer any refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend your class.
Please double-check the dates and travel arrangements before you make a booking.
The Paradise Cake Company cannot be held liable for any money spent, such as travel arrangements or hotel bookings for any cancelled classes.
You must have the appropriate insurance in place that will cover any additional costs for any cancellations.
If The Paradise Cake Company has to cancel a class and you have already made a booking, the refund amount from The Paradise Cake Company will be limited to the total amount of money you spent on the class.
If you have already made travel and accommodation bookings, these would need to be reclaimed via your own insurance policy and The Paradise Cake Company will not be held liable for any of these costs.
