Classic Wedding Cake Flavours
MADAGASCAN VANILLA
Classic vanilla sponge drizzled with strawberry glaze and filled with strawberry conserve and vanilla Swiss meringue or American buttercream.
LUSCIOUS LEMON
Zesty lemon sponge with homemade zingy lemon curd and lemon buttercream. Why not add elderflower syrup for a Royal twist or the try zesty lemon with blueberries
CHOCOLATE CAKE
This chocolate cake is very moist and bursting with chocolate flavour. Filled with your choice of chocolate ganache, delicious buttercream or Swiss meringue buttercream. It is also delicious with raspberry compote in the middle layer.
ZESTY LEMON with BLUEBERRIES
This cake is bursting with flavour, the sweet fresh blueberries cut through the sharp lemon, giving a combination of flavours that dance on your taste buds. Filled with zesty lemon buttercream & wild blueberry conserve and a crunch filling of lemon zest crumble in the middle layers. A delicious combination!

RASPBERRY CAKE
This raspberry sponge cake is made with whole raspberries, layered with white chocolate ganache and raspberry conserve, and finished with a drizzle of lemon purée. The tanginess of the fresh lemon perfectly balances the cake’s sweetness.

GINGER & RHUBARB CAKE
A luscious ginger sponge cake, delicately drizzled with rhubarb syrup made from home grown rhubarb purée and hint of sugar. The cake is filled with finely chopped steam ginger buttercream and Yorkshire Rhubarb & Ginger jam locally made by Rosebud Preserves.
PERSIAN DELIGHT CAKE
Pistachio cake with orange zest Swiss meringue buttercream, this cake features a middle layer sprinkled with toasted pistachio nuts on top the buttercream, adding a delightful crunch. The flavour is elevated with a hint of ground cardamom in the cake and a splash of orange blossom in the orange purée, lightly spread on each tier. Together, these ingredients create an irresistible, exotic, Middle Eastern-inspired flavour.

This carrot cake is packed full of flavour with citrus, spices, and rum (optional). An award-winning choice.
