5 Simple Steps To A Perfect Cake.
01 Check Availability
It couldn’t be easier. Simply complete my enquiry form detailing your wedding date.
If I am available, I will send you a link to book a 15-minute discovery call, either by phone or Zoom. Either way, I’ll respond to let you know.
02 Secure The Date
If you decide to proceed with The Paradise Cake Company to make your delicious, stylish wedding cake, a booking fee of £150 will be required to secure the date.
This fee is deducted from the final balance.
Getting To Know You Better
03 Consultation Time
Now we can start the fun process of designing your ideal cake.
To enable you to decide on the flavour of your tiers, I offer taster boxes. If you are unable to meet face to face at my studio in Ripon, I will happily post these out to you as part of the service.
For semi-naked and butter cream cakes, consultations can be done via email and telephone.
For sugar paste covered cakes, a face-to-face consultation is advisable, where we can sit down and focus on the details of the design. A design-led consultation can be booked, either in person or via Zoom (whichever is best for you).
At the end of the consultation, you will take a Cake Taster Box with your selection of flavours for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home.
In-person consultations generally take about an hour and are held at my studio in Ripon.
For Zoom consultations, the Cake Taster Box will be posted.
The Final Stages
04 Design Time & Balance Due
After the consultation, I will send you full details and a sketch of the design. Designing will continue until you are totally in love with your cake. When the design is finalised, you just
need to check and approve it.
The balance of your wedding cake is due 8 weeks before your wedding date.
05 The Big Day
On the day of your wedding, I will deliver the cake and set it up. When you arrive at the venue, your beautiful, elegant, delicious cake will be there ready for you to cut into and enjoy.
